BT extends EQMS Licence to support Government Contracts

BT has extended its contract with Qualsys for the provision of EQMS systems to cover use by its teams managing its contracts with Central Government.  BT's international solutions business, BT Global Services has been using EQMS software since early 2000 to enhance customer communications by sharing information with its customers at every stage of the life of their contract.

In addition to the EQMS systems provided to BT's largest corporate customers, EQMS systems will now be used by its largest public sector contracts.

Tariq Bajwa, Head of Genesis e Services at BT Design, points out: "EQMS is an established tool in our business.  The solution has been successfully deployed to help manage key client relationships.  We expect our public sector customers to be equally impressed. Critically, EQMS provides the security, control and auditable features required to support regulatory compliance – a key requirement of the public sector."
