Mediforce sign up to EQMS, aiding them with CQC registration
Mediforce Ltd, leaders in the provision of private ambulance services, have signed up to use EQMS in aiding with the management of crucial operational documentation ahead of registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in April 2011.
David Hibbert, Operations Director at Mediforce, contacted Qualsys with the aim of finding a partner to aid in managing the spiralling amount of documentation produced by his ever expanding company. Couple this increase in workload with the need to provide water-tight, auditable evidence of compliance with the new CQC regulations, and his investigations led him to contact Qualsys via the website.
A hosted solution enabled David and his team to get up and running quickly, capturing pertinent documentation within EQMS to ensure current versions are viewable by the relevant staff members.
